We are an established maintenance company based in Bristol predominantly covering Bristol, Somerset and Gloucestershire. We provide highly effective maintenance solutions to a wide range of commercial companies.

We are offering an excellent opportunity to join our company as a Maintenance Engineer.

All applicants must have a strong background and proven track record dealing with planned, reactive and project works.

The works will involve all aspects of painting/decorating, general carpentry and general refurbishment works as required.  Your normal day to day tasks will be diverse and provide a great level of variety.

The ideal candidate must be:

• Able to provide references.
• Willing to be on our “on call” rota for emergencies purposes only.
• Competent at general building and maintenance.
• A good team player and competent working alone.
• Able to produce a high quality finish to all works carried out.
• Presentable, as you will be representing the company to our clients.

Necessary Skills:

• General building knowledge and competency.
• Excellent health & safety awareness and commitment.
• Good time keeping.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Preferably with 5 years experience or relevant qualifications to support your application.
• Numeracy & Literacy to GCSE level.

Other:

• You will need to hold a clean driving license and have your own Hand Tools.
